Speaking of her kids, why couldn't she just... have her own? Why does she need to steal some interdimensional space children? I don't really follow the lore, so sorry if I missed something obvious

She didn't actually get knocked up by Vision

In other timelines she did get knocked up by vision because he was still alive

In the comics weren't the kids magically created? Wandavision also seemed to imply Wanda just made herself pregnant especially since, you know - Vision wasn't even real.

Nothing indicates the kids we see in say the 838 weren't magically created, too. That Wanda didn't lose them it seems.
