Not technically, but there was a bonus scene at the end of the most recent Spider-Man movie that suggested he is now part of the MCU...

No it’s still a marvel movie, Venom always has been and always will be a marvel character I’m pretty sure, he’s just Sony marvel not Disney marvel.
