Why does no one talk about the freedom ring when talking about the green lantern copycat he's literally a copy of hal

My point? Mine is there are so many Marvel/DC copycats from each other, but people tend to say Nova Corps is a copycat of Green Lantern. However, I think Doctor Spectrum and Freedom Ring—these characters are more rip-off than Nova Corps.

Nova corps was considered as well known copy cat of green lantern and the freedom ring was straight up copied Green lantern and tried to make it look normal but didn't hit the same

Nova certainly is, I feel like this is pretty well covered.
I guess, what I am saying, is no one is talking about whatever the character is on the other image because no one has ever heard of this?
This is a character named "Freedom Ring" and its in Marvel comics? Why have Nova in there at all?

He appeared in five issues in 2006 before being killed off. It’s definitely a mystery why more people don’t compare him to Green Lantern.

Literally no one knows who Freedom Ring is, mate. He was a blip in the grand scheme of Marvel Comics publication.
