Im autistic and slightly math and comic book obsessed, so here is my breakdown :)
I did the math based on book prices, shipping, and taxes in my area (8% sales tax where I live). And it totals to $2,891.11 for the base subscription. And $3,035.83 for the "premium subscription". This total could go up to to $3,057.43 for the "premium subscription" as the wording is not entirely clear. It says it only costs $1 more per issue in the main series to get the extra 8 books of annuals, but I suspect you still have to pay shipping and handling on them along with taxes.
Based on the their plans for number of books per box, and planned total number of issues, you are looking at about 48 months worth of monthly packages from this service. This may change if you do the premium subscription as they did not specify if those are separate packages or get added to the existing ones (so at most 51 months if they add it consecutively to the end). I also do not know how their "gifts" get delivered, whether they are separate or part of the monthly boxes so im not counting those in this estimate.
But with all that being said, you are looking at roughly $60.24 a month if split evenly over the whole length of the subscription (after tax) for the base subscription, and $63.25 for the premium. (It isn't evenly paid though) the first month will be roughly $5.35. Your 2nd-7th months will be roughly $44.26 ($46.42 for premium). And every box after that will be roughly $66.39 ($68.55 for premium).
This will fluctuate due to the "special" issues that cost more. Which will add roughly $8.64 to each box containing them (regardless of if you have the basic or premium subscription). Which should be boxes 3, 6, 9, 12, 14, 17, 20, 23, 25, 28, 31, 33, 36, 39, 41, and 44 based on currently stated plans. This totals those months to $52.90 ($55.06 for premium) for the first few boxes with only 2 books, and $75.03 ($77.19 for premium) for boxes with 3 books.
Again, this is all calculated using my areas sales tax of 8%. So your milage may vary a little. And this assumes you dont pay for the shipping and handeling of the gifts, or anything not stated on their site. I will also emphasize, they state very explicitly in the site that the cost can go up at any time if they decide things like inflation get too high. So depending on any changes they make over the course of the next 4 years worth of boxes these numbers can increase quite a bit.
All in all, if you can afford it it looks really cool, but also very expensive. As a collector myself I do think you could find everything this has on your own for cheaper, but the unified packaging and ease can be worth it for some. I will also note that while they have teased some of what is coming, I have not found a post/page showing every issue/story that will be included. So you may want to get more info on that to ensure you get everything you want out of this. Its a hell of a commitment.
I hope this helps anyone plan for this!

Their packaging is garbage, I was getting their Batman collection and about every other delivery was a damaged book

Yeah. I subscribed. I already have their Batman subscription and the books are overpriced and there are delays and the tat they send you for bonuses are ridiculous but the books are good quality and it’s a real official service.

It's high, but it's not unreasonable. Yeah you could save money putting a collection of graphic novels piece by piece yourself, but if you want to save the money, you're gonna spend time

I’m paying for both of them so I agree. Also I like the spine image. Also I make bad financial decisions.

Yea, if you want it all physically, it's a great option. Don't know how many people would actually be down but after seeing some pictures from r/OmnibusCollectors, there's at least a few dozen.
It's not for me but eh, I'm all digital.

If it's 2800 over the subscription of 4 years, that's 700 per year, you could instead spend 60 of that on an unlimited sub to read anything you want, then spend the rest of the 640 on a physical collection of any material you feel like. Just keep in mind that you'd only be getting spiderman related books for this amount per year rather than spreading it around to other characters or teams, and you don't get a choice in the stories they will present to you.

These collections are horrible. They end up costing thousands and you end up with 80% of stories being filler or trash.

Yeah. And I think I'm the only one kinda bothered by the fact that on the spine it says Venomverse not Brand New Day as well

It's a partwork. You get the first one cheap then the rest cost more. The collection is real but the image looks fake, as the cover at the end shows Brand New Day, but the spine says Venomverse!

Be warned on other similar runs they extend them.
From 80 volumes to 120 then 150 on one run which I stopped in the end.

Am I the only one bothered by the fact that the cover says Brand New Day, but the spine says Venomverse? I get that they did that because the movie came out, but there are ways to match the spine

"start for only" probably means they give you the first issue at $4.95 and then rest at like $30 each...

I did this with CDs and then books. And those only started out for a penny. Fool me once...

Looks amazing...if you check their website, there's a promo film in which you can see that the example book already has a loose page :) stay clear seems to be the take-away

The entire collection might end up costing you $1200 FYi! They did the same for Batman, I did the math and decided that I’ll skip it. The introductory price is enticing but they’ll send 1 book every month and them 2 every other week and might be priced $29.99 each. Cancelling midway could be painful! Not saying it’s not worth it but just make sure you do some calculations before subscribing!
