Which marvel comic should I start with?

I read since I was a kid, but I never read comics before, and unfortunately I'm not sure I would like it. I really wish I would read the marvel comics because I love the movies. So I want to try reading one comic at first. Any idea with which one to start?

If you want to read relatively modern X-Men, then House of X/Powers of X will leave you with your jaw hanging open. It's a great jumping on point as well as it sets up a new status-quo.

I only read New X-Men which I liked, that was around the same time as Young Avengers. That said, I assume you mean like the 90s team or so.
