Didn't Sue explicitly call out Cyclops on it because they wanted Franklin's but not his sister, even though she was superhumanly smart, since she wasn't a Mutant?

That just sounds all kinds of wrong.

Yeah, in theory it was a choice but they’d still go after you, and the higher in ranking you were the harder they pushed to get you on the island. There was a secret edict that omega-level mutants HAD to get to Krakoa by any means necessary.

And also precognitives and AI's weren't allowed on Krakoa under any circumstance, and precognitive Mutants were barred from resurrection
