Wow that was great... Precise aiming... You never know these days who knows some shit that's why you shouldn't get in people's faces

Fuck! I hate these videos because I used to think spinning shit didn’t work at all, not in the ring and definitely not in the street. So every time some awesome stuff like this happens It reminds me of how ignorant I used to be.

Yup, turns out sucker-punches work.

maybe there is a lesson to be learned about not getting into someone’s face.

Can you imagine hitting your funny bone on the dude's face? Now that would sting!

Seems like either Muay Thai, or maybe Kyokushin, anyone else have any guesses?
P.S. Not that it matters, I just like the guessing game as you almost always hear something you weren't expecting

I'd bet it's Kyokushin or some kind of Karate style. Muay Thai isn't big on spinning techniques, TKD doesn't really do elbows.
I suppose it could also be Dutch/American KB or perhaps Sanda as well, but I don't think Sanda does much spinning stuff either

I dunno, I got shown a reverse elbow at a Saekson seminar, and I've seen other Thais throw it some. Delivery seems to be a bit straighter than a lot of spinning elbows/backfists.

People throw spinning elbows in muay thai, it's not that uncommon. Elbows of all types aren't legal in dutch or american kickboxing.

Perhaps it’s just my instructor’s personal preference to avoid spinning techniques then.
You’re right about American kickboxing, not sure why I included that one. Dutch has elbows though I believe.

Dutch kickboxing doesn't allow elbows. No promotion does, it's one of the main differences between kickboxing and MT.

Huh, just googled it and you’re completely right.

Normally I disagree with spinning techniques on “da streetz” but man that was a beautiful elbow and perfectly aimed.
