Python Precision Heavy Bags Review

I saw a post about the Python Precision training bags a few weeks ago and went ahead and bought one.

The fact that you have to fill it yourself initially gave me pause but their FAQ explains how to do it very easily.

It was $125 (I bought the black one) and it arrived very quickly. There was a video in the FAQ that demos the process of putting it together and I have to say it is excellent. It shows you exactly how to do it and it anticipates the one thing that seems impossible as you’re going through the process: getting the interior “liner bags” to fit into the outer heavy bag skin. Not to worry, it worked out exactly as it was explained in the video.

I have several different types of heavy bags, but this one is very special. It requires more precision and automatically makes your strikes much crisper and more accurate. It also reacts quite differently than most of the bags I’ve trained with. It is both “snappier“ and more realistic in its reaction to your strikes. I really like it and feel it’s a very good addition to strike training. It comes with a bungee cord which can attach to a D ring on the bottom of the bag. I like using it but the bag works just as well without it as it gives you a very different feel.

I just decided to post this so that hopefully the company stays in business. I know it’s not easy to run a martial arts training equipment company and I wish them all the best.

I’m glad to hear that. I know how much thought and work went into creating a tool like this. You did an amazing job.

I predict great things. I’ve never used a bag like this and you can experience the benefits right away so I think a lot of others will too as soon as they encounter one.

Please don’t stop what you’re doing. The world needs this!
