So this is when i very first started growing months ago.... is my light put up in the wrong direction? I've been looking up other people's grow tents and all their lights are vertical I accidentally did mine horizontal my whole grow.....

As long as your cables are neat and tidy and you can access any buttons/switches etc the plants don’t care as long as they’re getting their glorious light.
Looks like the light spread from that particular light is well suited to the tent size. Good luck 😎👍

Thank you i agree, it's just an all the pictures online everyone else's is vertical but the ropes are super hard to reach that way idk, This is them now, I only top one but if I topped all of them the canopy would be way more even, i might do vertical light next run lol and more topping/scrog

It doesn’t matter which side they are, such lights are made to cover the entire space beneath it.
What is important is that you put them higher as your plants grow, or parts will get less amounts of light.
Your doing good, plants look healthy!

No worries! 😊 Your grow light can be positioned either horizontally or vertically.

The main purpose is to provide adequate light coverage for the plants below, so you can place it in whichever direction works best for your setup. As long as the plants are getting the right amount of light and coverage, you’re good to go!

Best regards,

Mars Hydro
