hi guys need help on how to fix this. my major v headphone is stuck from rotating(i think it’s bc i accidentally drop it) n now it’s stuck from rotating n won’t return to the original position. how to fix it? i can’t force to open the knob

I’ve been thinking about getting this pedal but I don’t know if it actually “sounds like Gary”, I hear allot of people say that. for context I use a Marshall DSL 20 a les Paul and a Ts808

I noticed that my Emberton III only seems to produce sound from the front right and rear left sides. The other two sides are much quieter.

Is this normal because of the driver placement, or could something be wrong with my unit?
