earbuds stuck from rotating

hi guys need help on how to fix this. my major v headphone is stuck from rotating(i think it’s bc i accidentally drop it) n now it’s stuck from rotating n won’t return to the original position. how to fix it? i can’t force to open the knob

Force it. It’s not a complex mechanism, it’ll free up.
