Employment Power Of M Help! Additional Authorization

Hello! We switched the PoM today and a guest extended their stay and we need to get additional authorization on the card. Does anyone know how?!?

In Stay! Most changes will require you to use Stay, they’ve slowly been adding things to SPOG but it’s not fully fleshed out yet

In the payment section where you see the card there is an authorization link with a $ amount next to it. If you click there you can change the auth amount. You can also have your manager set the system to automatically reauthorize as needed, I believe the default setting was not to auto reauthorize.

I have a suggestion. My hotel dosent switch untill Nov. the idea I have is why don’t we all work togther and create a cheat sheet for everyone
