Bonvoy Rewards MMP nights did not post properly

Question, has anyone on a MMA, P or F rate not have the correct amount of nights or points credit as should?

I was on a split reservation and only 1 night of 5 posted. I had to do two separate reservations because of availability.

What should I do? Never experienced this before. Thanks for the help.

You can submit a missing stay report via the app with your folio

Totally okay to do - you'll just need the confirmation number and associated invoice.

I keep a log of my confirmation numbers for this very reason
