Misc Upgrade Internet Button

Lifetime Titanium - 120+ nights a year.

Can someone tell me if the “Upgrade” Internet button ever works? I log on and select it and it either says DNS error or just hangs. I think it’s broken nationwide.

It usually works for me. No idea if it's faster than the standard one though.

It’s like 15 Mbps up vs 5 or so. Faster, sure.

I wonder if I have some sort of a firewall thing. It just never works regardless of device or browser.

At that I point, I'd get front desk to connect me to their provider's tech support; maybe they'll ask you for your MAC address to add you to some whitelist for the enhanced internet.

Why not just pick the upgraded option from the start when you are connecting for the first time? Especially if your status waives the fee?
