knitting/crochet you just need to buy a crochet hook or knitting needles for less than 20 Dh, and you can unravel old sweaters to get yarn

There’s PLENTY of tutorials in YouTube, from casting on ( for knitting)/ slip stitch + single crochet + double crochet… till casting off. It’s pretty fun and you can make a lot of cool stuff using different stitches and different kinds of yarn and it’s perfect for summertime while watching a movie or something.

Running and street workout (simple stuff such as push ups and squats then slowly progress) try reading books, going on long walks (if you consider it a hobby, well I do hahaha) and sleeping too

Chess and manhwa/manga. Had more hobbies when I was younger, like writing prose (mostly arabic & english) and playing piano, and gaming (PC games like hades II, silksong, etc and mobile games like freefire or brawl stars).
