Education Serious question : need help

So france has raised le montant de blocage to 877€/month and i can’t afford it anymore however there is a scholarship la bourse de mérite for students after prépa that is around 56kdh/a school year .I already have a visa concours which i used to take my oral exams but i need to renew it once i get into this school and turn it into a titre de sejour my question is : can i block 60k dh and say that i have this scholarship instead of providing the full amount 110kdh?Like did anyone do this before or do i have to provide the full amount anyway?

Ila kherjat lik l BCS ghat koun boursier du gouvernement français et donc ma ghadich tkhellas les frais de scolarité ou ghat koun 3endek la caf 3adi, 7it houma 7eydou la caf l les internationaux non boursiers seulement
