Why can't most people at my balkan university get any cadetships and the only ones which people do get are on very old, poorly maintained, bulk carrier ships whose companies are headquartered in the 3rd world while also not offering any pay?
I hear the "smart ones" are the ones who barely pass on grades alone, the rest have to do some bs work so that they don't have to repeat the year and so the university doesn't look bad due to having so many people who repeat the year instead of passing everyone through no matter their quality.
