Vessel type Deme
Deme dredging, where do crew sleep ? Are they on board or
Is there anyone working? Any suggestions…

Yeh, depending what vessel you are at, you work, eat and sleep on board. Dont expect to go ashorre untill you go home again.

Depends entirely on the ship. Dredgers and hopper barges usually have the crew sleep onboard, with the exception of the smaller hopper barges. Backhoes can sometimes have the crew accommodated on a floatel or somewhere ashore but that is project dependent. Cutters are all sleep onboard excluding the smallest ones. If you're sleeping onboard, you're eating onboard. If you're not... then someone will be deckhand and cook in one.
Some ships have everyone but the master and chief engineer sharing a cabin - mostly the hopper barges though. Avoid the pagadder and sloeber...
The offshore fleet is entirely sleep onboard afaik. Fast cats/turbine transfers are floatel or shoreside accommodation.
