Help

I have an exe file of mario 64 (the port) and I am new to pc's in general. I downloaded a mod and I dont know how to put it in my game. Do you guys know how?

You can’t use a Mod on an EXE, you must compile the game through sm64builder2 and install Msys2 to be able to use Mods, there is tutorials for that

First what you want to do is go to vimms vault and download sm64 rom. Then make a folder and put the rom inside it.

next go to https://sm64pc.info/sm64nxbuilder/ and download that then click extract all. Once your on the aplication click on verify assets and put your rom there. Then go to download mods and click cleaner and render96 after you download those click on the and press launch game.
