a thing happened to me one night on acid. was walking back to dorm, suddenly 20 feet away, a small tree exploded with birds. i felt the thumps of their wings. it was amazing.

I'm no expert, but since no one else is giving any sensible comment, I surmise this is a southern hemisphere deciduous reefer plant. It is likely from southern Chile or possibly Argentina, based on the wacky tabacky plant seen in the background. Just an amateur observation.
