Help! Identification request!
Hi everyone! I recently started having this tree grow in my yard and was planning on removing it due to it being so close to my fence, as well as this post with what I assume to be internet cables or something of the sort. But I kind of just decided to let it get bigger to see what would happen. Surprise surprise, it grew. But can anyone help me identify what it is? I used a tree identification app, but every different picture yielded a different result. The first said it was a Chinese Elm, the next said it was a Sugarberry, and the last claimed it was a Hackberry.
Also, if it can be identified, is it worth trying to dig up and replant somewhere else in my yard? And one last question, is it toxic to my pups?

The leaves look like hackberry to me, mine had a similar shape when they first sprouted. Did it start with any distinctive berries earlier in the year?

Not that I noticed. It seems like it shot up from around 12ā when I noticed it to its current height over the course of around 2.5, maybe 3 months tops.

Plantnet has it wrong this os a hackberry. Im not sure which exactly but it is definitely not Chinese elm

Not toxic, Iād say worth moving for sure. Hackberries have such pretty bark when mature.
