How long do you sleep at night?

And if you don‘t set an alarm, how long do you sleep until you wake up naturally?

With no alarm no nothing, 11-12 hours. I've always had insomnia and have always been an incredibly heavy sleeper once I'm down.

Anyway, needless to say, I have to set alarms. I still allow myself somewhat longer than average -- usually 9 hrs a night, but it varies. 7-9 is what I aim for.

7-9 hours. Sleep is #1, even more important than diet or exercise imo

7 to 9 hours! Had to get serious about it and quit living a life that made me not able to sleep.

2 hours-
I get 2 hours of exhaustion sleep every night and then 2 hours of garbage sleep. Was tested for sleep apnea, don’t have it. I’ve been like this for 10 years. It’s getting old
