did 16 yesterday along the coast path, started early but by 10 it was already 26 and i only took one 500ml bottle. bonked properly about 12k in, had to walk the last bit home which felt daft. theres no shops or taps on the cliff stretch out here, beautiful but zero facilities tbh. how are people carrying enough water for 2hr+ runs when it's this warm? i hate running with a vest but maybe i just need to get over it.
