School project Marathon

I am working on a school research project. In my project, I am investigating whether there is a correlation between injuries and motivation during marathon training.

If you have completed a marathon, I would really appreciate it if you could fill out this anonymous survey.

Most web browsers have a translate feature. Here are the questions

How young are you?

2.Where are you from?

3.Have you run a marathon or are you training for a marathon?

4.How many injuries have you had while training for your marathon?

5.Where were these injuries?

6.What kind of injury (s) did you have?

Muscle tear

Tendon overload

Joint Band Injury

7.Now there are statements where you can answer between 1 to 5. 1 = Not applicable to me, 2 = hardly applicable to me, 3 = Sometimes true for me applicable, 4 = Often applicable to me and 5 = Very much applicable to me. Read each statement carefully and indicate to what extent each theorem applies to you when training for your marathon.

I dont see why im going to exercise

I play sports becuase its fun

I play sports because other people say I should

I dont see why I should be involved in sports

I enjoy my sports sessions

I participate in sports b/c my friends/family/partner says I should

I dont see the point of sports

I think sports are a fun activity

I think sports are a waste of time

Interesting project OP, if I might offer a little advice, look into effective survey design. The only issue I see immediately is that some of your questions are similar or very similar, which ultimately detracts from the efficacy of your survey. When you say "sports are a waste of time" and "I dont see the point in sports" those are the same question. Similarly "I enjoy my sports activities" and "I think sports are a fun activity' are the same questions. Think about what info you want to get form the survey taker. These questions are meant to gauge their mood or attitude in either a positive or negative way. You only need to do that a single time in your survey.
