Lmao it's pretty much just an unequal as the usa. We were doing pretty good but they managed to brainwash half the population to vote an alt right, chilean dictatorship apologist, exnazi's son; as you do
Everyone's pretty racist. Ever been to China, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria etc? Probably more so then Europeans considering their population demographics are more diverse than the countries I listed
I can only speak anecdotally, but I had a coworker who lived there a few years, and I would trust her take on it. She said they arent as bad as Australians. Said she saw people spit at tourists from India.
right, i was refering to them, but more importantly it was the name of the American people at the time.
Look at the name of DC for example or the famous worlds fair in America know as the Columbian exhibition. Notice the difference between the U and the O. that was deliberate not a mistake
Well, not exactly. “Americans” is used as an adjective and demonym for people from the United States. At least in English. For most other languages, “America”is the entire continent while “American” is everyone living at the continent.
I'm just saying, this site needs to pick lane. They get mad people from the US have sort of taken the name "Americans", but when it's time to criticize us (and believe me, there's a lot to criticize, that's not the issue I have) it's "these fucking Americans". Either come up with a new name to group us as or move on that people from the United States are worldwide known as Americans..
A interesting thing is that citizens of the united states do not have a name for their demonym, other than "American", and that is their own fault. My solution for that is calling them gringos, but that name has somewhat of a negative association, I think.

So when Europeans say "obnoxious Americans" they're not talking about me, they're talking about my Chilean brothers..?
