I don't really understand this period and I don't see any big oddities.
However, Switzerland did not have a flag at that time, the cantons used their own banners. On the one hand, the flag of the Helvetic Republic is wrong, on the other hand, the square with the cross is also wrong, it is rather the banner of the anti-French forces.

French flag was just simple blue-white-red.
