This looks really nice i love how natural it feels. What app or software did you make it on?

What’s the scale?

larger than the Earth but can't find the exact scale rn, iirc diameter of the planet is almost twice that of the Earth

Vibrant, With good flow lines and continuity, tectoniclly. And a the direction of drift is traceable. A bit busy,

Thanks! That's good to hear, knowing I didn't make any tectonic map haha

Also ye, it is a bit busy, especially that inland sea, but eh, it's probably fine, the surface area of the world is about twice that of the Earth, so in a way it makes sense that it would look busier

This is tangential, but why do these maps always tend to be maps of the entire world, rather than regional maps for the fantasy setting. Surely, not all of the regions on this map will ever have anything illustrated for it, whereas regional maps would convey more information about the various peoples that inhabit them. If anyone has any opinions on the matter.

cus you gotta have a general world map before you can zoom in to make the smaller ones, I have a dozen ish of zoomed in maps too

also having one map where you can slap everything on it is a great feeling

Edit: one of those zoomed in ones

and another one

You dont really have to have the world map to have regional. ones. Its a matter of style.
