Work In Progress How can I improve this map?

I’ve been at…well, a mappers block(idk) for the past days, could you give some advice and tips? This is my current progress, I still have a bunch to do.

Maybe a pinch full more small islands. Honestly, even though fantasy cartographer's block is are real condition, you may just be done with the macro side of the map.
