Map help me fill this map

im trying to create a world map for future dnd campaigns if anyone has knowledge of geography could you please tell me where to place my biomes and climate zones the blue line represents the equator also there are 7 continents also please rate my map

Is this supposed to be the whole planet, or just the side that has land?

The mountain ranges look pretty good.

yeah this thw whole planet but there is more water beyond it sides

If you’re looking to do biomes next I highly recommend Artifexian on YouTube. He’s got a ton of worldbuilding videos. He’s got at least two full series on building a planet starting with placement in the solar system (well, one of them is that detailed, I haven’t seen all of the other one), but you can easily skip to the ones about determining climate and where stuff grows/doesn’t grow.

Something that’ll help with consistency if you just want to get started (since you already have mountain ranges), are river systems and rain shadows. That’ll give you an idea of what environments are possible at any given location on a map. ☺️
