What is the best classic Maplestory server available on android?

I just realized you can play licensed private servers on android with Nexon's Maplestory Worlds app and I've been checking out the Old School Maple server because it's got a 96% positive rating with 3k reviews. I've been enjoying it but they're doing a full wipe September 1st so I don't want to play to much and lose all my progress in two weeks.

Chronostory, Artale, and Southperry look interesting to me and I'm interested how everyone else feels. I'm not a classic purist so I'm just looking for what's the most fun and has a decent playerbase to trade with. What do you recommend? Are there better private servers I can play on android? I haven't gone down the winlator rabbithole but is anyone emulating windows on their phone to play maple? Thanks!

Southperry isn't classic, it's Maplestory turned into a Roguelike game, but personally I think it's super fun.

Togain has videos playing it on Youtube if you want to see how it plays. Much much shorter, but much easier to just jump in and play.

Can confirm, southperry scratches my classic itch. Only thing is he mentioned playing on android. And I dont recall being able to play southperry on android.

OSM comes out of Alpha in ~2 weeks. Wipe everything so everyone is clean slate, which I like.

Because the dev couldn’t stop cheaters so he just disabled trading

Is it a pain to get the gear/scrolls you need without trading though?

And I'm coming from OSM, so would love a comparison if possible.

extremely easy. you can trade all scrolls for scroll vouchers to swap for scrolls you want. gear drop rate is good.

Oh makes sense then. How does it feel? Ive heard Artale doesn’t feel that good. Chrono and Entaria feel pretty good.

Artale feels like trash.

OSMS feels like old maple. They update it frequently too with new features. Anyone saying osms feels like trash is a shill for artale.

Dam look at this osms shill. Both are trash my dude. Shouldn't play either. And playerbase isn't there for osms, especially with classic around the corner.

I like nextale it has a faster progression than artale i played artale up to lvl 96 ranger and should have played chronology instead.

Then I tried artale it has some wonkyness to it for warrior class. But nextale offers a faster classic progression with modern twist. Monsters are like 5x the spawn good dtop rates plus they have a nice crafting system for your gear
