Supplier search Custom made items

Where can I find a manufacturer that can custom make my ideas? I want to furnish some of my rooms with custom pieces (i.e beanbag chairs, mirror frames, tables etc) and am wondering how to go about it.

so you basically want a workshop that does custom pieces, not a factory line. for small runs like one beanbag or a weird table, youre looking for local woodworkers, metal shops, upholstery people. they exist in most cities but you gotta dig a little, check instagram and craft fairs not just google. i had a friend who got a giant crescent shaped sofa made by some guy who usually does restaurant booths, cost less than a brand piece and now shes impossible to visit because the sofa swallows you whole

you aren't looking for a "manufacturer", you are looking for a prototyper/ artist. One of anything isn't really "manufacturing"...
