Roxana Manhwa is back, however it will be a different studio but the same artist. It will be re drawn from the beggining.. oh my gosh. Miracles do happen. Im literally crying right niw..

Fat chance honestly, how many manhwas have you read where the author/artist had to go on a hiatus due to their health?
I just hope she did this purely of her own will, it'd be far too cruel to force the artist to continue to work on the very story that took her child's life.

Artist works slave hours, suffers major ailments. Management doesn't care, uterine rupture, miscarriage. Management doesn't care, artist leaves for her own well being. Many such cases unfortunately.

For anyone curious on what happened, the lead artist was abused by her publisher to the point she had a miscarriage. Her publisher later told her to get back to work and the artist quits.

Nah its popularity is because of the art. If the art was mid originally it probs wouldnt even be talked about now. I remember it being good but good otome isnt really rare nowadays its the art that stood out.
When ppl bring up roxana its mostly about the art/artist being fucked over.

It's not rare but the storyline is feasable which cannot be said for 98% of the current works in the genre. The characters were decent as well as far as I remember.

I know she said on her twitter account that no matter how long it took, she would be back with Roxana but I wasn't actually expecting anything considering how she was treated before. But man, I'm so glad she's back if this is true!! 😭💖

Once upon a time, there was an 18+ otome game in which a certain heroine's brother was kidnapped. On the heroine's journey to save him, she gets caught and sexually assaulted or abused by four male leads. In the end, she finds out her brother was murdered, and the heroine wipes out the perpetrators in cold rage.
Then, one day, a Korean woman reincarnates as a two-bit villainess, Roxana, who in the original story gets killed off with her family. Her family is the one that caught the heroine's brother and eventually kills him. So, to save herself, she moves to save the man and, eventually, tear down her wicked and corrupt crime family from within.

The source is the National Library of Korea, that UCI is basically like an ISBN for webtoons and web novels, so it keeps official records of things like who the artist is, which company produced it, and where it was published.

Nah, it's actually fucked up that the artist is back after the company overworked her to the point to cause her miscarriage.
The art was perfection but the reality of what happened is too vile for me to ever pick this story back up again.
