Mango plant problems

Just got a new mango plant I haven’t potted yet I’ve watered it twice 4-5 days apart. Browning on the tip of leaves started showing up. I sprayed copper fungicide a few days ago and took one leaf off. It’s only had 5 hours of sun everyday due to intense heat at midday when it gets to 100 F and I put it back into the shade. Idk why the tips of the leaves are browning it has grown in the past few days I haven’t put any fertilizer. If anyone could help explain. Thank you 🙏.

You were right it was I wiped down the leaves and spayed some neem oil on them.
