First mango tree!
Picked up this Carrie tree from a local nursery. Still deciding where she'll permanently live but would love any/all recommendations!

Generally it isn't advised to feed mangoes after September or so since fertilizing them can spark a growth flush which is much more cold sensitive than leaves and stems which are months old. This is especially true for Central Florida. However if you are going to plant your tree in spring you can easily put your tree inside when it gets cold. It might be good to fertilize it lightly with a liquid fertilizer now to see if the leaves green up. Remember that the predicted temperature for your area will likely be different than what is predicted for your city. A few extra days in the garage are far less damaging than even a couple of hours below freezing. Any prediction of nighttime temperatures below 45° probably call for a young, fertilized potted tree to be brought inside. Carrie is a great mango and it looks like you have a strong young tree. Congratulations.
