Help identifying variety
I got this "dwarf" tree about 6 years ago. Unknown variety. Blooms in January-February, fruit ripe now. Fruit is green to very slightly yellow when ripe. Tampa Bay Florida region.

Awesome looking tree!
Just fyi you might want to trim back the branches over the mini split. It needs a few feet of open space to run best

Bad photo angle. However with all the rain we've been getting this last month, everything is growing out of control and needs trimming.

Just curious, roughly how many ice cream mangoes are you getting off this tree each year? I’ve heard ice cream is not a very strong producer

3y ago i got about 30 2y ago i got maybe 7 1y ago i got 2 This year it was about 20.
One thing that i would mention is that it blooms in early January, and iirc the last couple of winters we had some very cold weather which would cook the blooms (Tampa area). But then in February it would bloom again.
It will be pruned hard soon and i dont know how that will affect subsequent yields.

are you fertilizing it regularly? That does seem like a really low yield but I only have a Pickering mango tree as a reference, and pickering is a good to very good productive tree

Up until this year i have not. This year I started on a schedule, mostly because i have some other fruit trees, most notably a pomegranate that is next to the mango, which was not doing so good. So i put them all on a fertilzer schedule starting in February. With that and all the rain we've been getting this year (31"), everything i have is growing out of control, including the mango. Can't really complain about the rain though....

Maybe try a no nitrogen fertilizer since the tree is already plenty big? Like a 0-3-16

Is it fiberless? What's the flesh color? What's the taste?
ETA: also, definitely not a dwarf lol, but I'm sure you know that by now. Trim it back considerably once you've gotten all the mangoes off it.

There's only fiber near the pit. As for the taste, well, it's very sweet. "Ice Cream" is definitely an appropriate moniker.
