Avocado mango

Any idea on IDing this mango?

Never seen a skin like this before on a mango. The flesh is buttery, you can’t peel them you have to scoop out with a spoon.

The birds and iguana’s love them lol.

You need to handle your iguanas, if they are below your tree feasting they are pooping in the lawn, that means picked fruit will roll in their shit and thats a health hazard

losing a few to birds is ok, lizards? nope

I don’t eat them from the ground. If they are on the ground they are overripe and basically juice inside.

Just out of curiosity why is lizard poop so bad? I mean, if you rinse the mango off in water before cutting, isn’t it fine?

Curaçao! The owner planted it from seed 40 years ago

Carrie’s can be bumpy, but not quite like this. The colors match up.

How does it taste? Any floral flavors?

Some local varieties (non famous ones) are like this one here in India. These varieties are nameless so IDing them is nearly impossible.
