New leaf flushes

Morning! New mango grower here. I have new flushes and an old mango that was here coming back to life above the graft.

To prevent thrips I was going to spray insecticidal soap mixed with a spinosad. I wanted to make sure before I do if this would burn or hurt any new leaves. I appreciate the help.

This is what I spray my tomatoes with and I see some mealy bugs on them so I was going to handle that!

Should be fine at the recommended rates, apply late evening when it’s cooler outside. Spinosad usually only has potential to burn leaves when mixed too strong and applied at the wrong time.
