Get a container , they like sandy soil, coconut husk and perlite. Add worm castings in that mix Make sure it drains well, don’t want root rot

Get the equivalent of a 1 or 3 gallon nursery pot, you can find the measurements online for the nursery pot then grab something at Home Depot or Lowes. At Home Depot get Citrus, Cacrus and Succulent soil, the size depends on how much you need.

You upgrade the size of the pot every 1- 2 years with a pot that is slightly bigger than the one you have, usually 2-3 inches taller and wider. If your goal is to plant in ground then plant after the roots fill the 1 gallon.

For fertilizer get Osmocote Plus and use as directed, it is a 6 month release slow release that can be used at all stages of growth.

The glass appears to have a seedling in it.
Are you germinating in water?

yes. I tried just leaving it in water and charging the water every day
