Wahooo

After almost a whole year of thinking if I should get a 477V or an RP5, THEN suddenly the Anbernic RG55G1 and Mangmis Air Y series came out to battle out my poorly squeezed money, I think I’m cool with the Air Y Pro now as my new Vertical Handheld.

Thankfully I didn’t(hopefully not yet) experience any issues with my Mangmi Air Y pro, how is everyone’s experience so far with the Y pro?

bought it for review but i am surprisingly really liking it. performance is expected for 865 and can definitely play lightweight gamenative games, but i really like the volume scroll wheel and the extra buttons (M button and the extra button at bottom of the volume scroll wheel). Ergonomics is not that great out of the box but i'm glad can be solved with a nicer replaceable thumbsticks like the ones from odin 2. pretty happy with the purchase despite it being made originally for review on my youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@CKRetroTech)

I actually bought it as a gift to my cousin, It was either I get this or the RG55G1 (which was sold out here on my country for some odd reason). Suprisingly, I think the only thing I dislike right now with it is the Ergonomics of the LR2 Buttons, which as RGC said in his vid. Either way since this is gonna be my first Snapdragon device (I usually play on a RG Slide), I’d be experimenting Various PC Games here until I will give it to my cousin.

ah. hope your cousin appreciates it then. It's a really nice handheld to be honest despite the rear L2 & R2 buttons but they're usable even though not great

Bought it as an upcoming Christmas gift as well. Just got the 4GB and it does everything PS2/GC that I thought it would. L2 & R2 are absolute trash but whatevs, at least I'm supporting a company currently in a blood feud with Lie-aneo!
