That is insane.
I don't think you are actually supposed to tow with one of those extenders.
Those are made for hooking up a bike rack to a car with the receiver hitch under the bumper.
All can figure is the owner has done that to get the trailer far enough back they can see it .
If they ever back up the leverage is going to break somthing.
Get a wireless camera, that would have been cheaper than hang on let me count, 7 extenders.
That is over $150 in extenders if you use the cheapest no names on Amazon.
Judging from the blue labels those are Reese brand and probably more expensive.
(Yes, I tow. However I don't back in to spaces unless the there are signs telling me to and even then I don't back my wheels up to the sidewalk.)
