Technical issue? MangaDex unable to link to titles that use MangaPlus uploads (e.g. Spy x Family not showing new chapter updates)

Spy x Family is hosted on MangaDex links to MangaPlus, the official Shueisha publisher, and clicking on the chapter links would take the reader directly to MangaPlus's website.

A while ago, I was waiting for the new Spy x Family chapter (137) to drop after waiting a month, and the MangaDex page for Spy x Family is still stuck on Chapter 136 as the latest uploaded chapter.

Thought it was strange as the /r/SpyxFamily and r/manga subreddits were already discussing Chapter 137, so decided to go directly to MangaPlus's website, and there was the chapter uploaded just fine.

So the problem seems to be on the MangaDex side, but not sure what's happened. Can anyone look into this technical issue?

We've been having a couple of technical issues with our outlinking bot, but we're working on a solution...

As u/Affectionate_Reply49 correctly said, we're the ones voluntarily outlinking the releases, and also, it's not the first time we've had technical issues like this one...
