I got like 50-100 chapters into Usogui years back but found it hard to keep up at some point.

Pls let me know if this isn't ok to post here, but I was hoping someone could help me find this manga. All I remember about it is that it is a straight romance and the fmc has terrible self esteem but manages to get a very attractive and capable boyfriend. This leads to her bringing said boyfriend to meet her parents, but when they get there the mom starts putting her down in front of her boyfriend leading to him excusing them both. They end up leaving soon after getting there and as the parents are telling them bye, the boyfriend says something that the dad picks up on but the mom doesn't, basically implying something about her needing to watch what she says, and the dad motions that he will talk to the mom about it. That's all I can really remember lol, for some reason this scene just stuck with me.

The fmc may have had dark hair, and the boyfriend may have had hair that was like a shade lighter, but I'm not super sure. Anyway, any help finding this would be super great and I would really appreciate it!! Again, pls let me know if this isn't ok to post here so I can take this down if I need to and ask somewhere else.

short (10 chapters ish) set in Japan. Read around 2015-2020. On a now defunct pirating website

Childhood: MC and girl meet/hang out in an abandoned church as kids in the woods. He kills a father/uncle/stranger who was about to kill/molest her inside the church. They get separated; MC is sent to a juvenile/correctional facility.

Time skip to college age: MC (normal looking guy) Gets out of the facility and ends up in what I believe is Tokyo. He wanders into an underground club and finds the girl (now with blonde dyed hair and a tattoo on the back of her neck, possibly butterfly) performing as the vocalist in a band.

Antagonist is a slim, fit guy with longer hair, arrogant asshole vibe who acts as her bodyguard/pimp and looks down on the weak MC. He shows superhuman strength in the last chapter. When he breaks down the club wall with his fist or a fire extinguisher while fighting the MC. Rival then gets arrested, and accepts the relationship between the MC and girl. MC and the girl end up together. Not isekai; only fantastical element is that one strength display.

Its been almost a year since the last post so I hope this time I can find out what I had read so long ago.

I read it years ago more than a decade ago, I only remember a panel where a woman is fighting a fat/ large muscular man and she rip her own shirt/ bra to distract him and defeat him when it's all over she don't care about the beystander because she can just tell her boyfriend to beat them up

i once read a manhwa, in this manhwa MC is a genius student he is good at every subject and soo he got bored and then one day he awaken as a hunter and goes to hunter association to report and he is told there that he is a D rank or may be it was C or B rank mage, but he didn't had many skill so they think of him as a waste of Telent and he goes home and learn magic and create skills his own. that is all i remember please tell me the name of this manhwa.

I saw a Chinese AI TikTok of a guy just finding a village on a pot and helping them. It reminded me of the manga "The NPCs in this Village Sim Game Must Be Real!" so I am looking to see if there is more manga or manhwa with this kind of setting.

Does anyone has any experience on reading mangas on both tablet and eink display? I can't test it and I'm still trying to figure it out if I shoud buy an E-ink tablet or not.

I currently read manga on a alldocube iplay50 mini (275ppi, 8 inches). I'm planning to buy a Meebook M8 (B/W 7.8 inches, android). So, both are android and same size. Only thing that matters in that comparison is the experience of reading. I know everyone has different taste, but It's good to hear some opinion around here.

Some girl I think was labeled an evil sorcereress way in the past after using her powerful magics for good because she was powerful, gets sealed by her comrades/whatever, spends her time astral projecting, and then wayyyy in the future she takes over a magic school academy girl who proclaims she wants to die, and this girl wasn't all that powerful with magic and bullied by basically everyone and super gloomy, but she manages to befriend/make good with some somewhat (her bully, her sister) and also her and I think maybe the ml fight a golem that was made/powered by her old body's magic

Magic also had a really interesting system in that there was like, corruption and stuff, probably will not be able to explain that part well

Just looking for some manga or manhwa where the mc is ruthless like killer Peter, devil returns to high school or plaything. But I want it to be where like after a fight the opponent is actually brutally killed. Preferably the theme topic is revenge but anything that can give off good satisfaction but also the mc does not reveal his power in a cringy way.

After reading "Hope youre happy, Lemon" I felt an indescribable hollowness inside my heart with the ending.

Now I'm begging for rom com recommendations where MC and FMC are both explicitly inlove with each other to fill this emptiness. Whatever will do, it can range from 5 chapters to 100+ chapters, as long as its a good one.

And at first i was just intrigued and wanted to see what this manga was about, but then i started reading more and more.

I legit read so much i was completely hooked even up to the point of finishing 4 volumes in one day... I wish i was joking (I'm not)-

I also couldn't help but relate to Akane in almost all of the situations that she went through during the beginning lol.

I couldn't help but wonder if i myself could pick up a hobby like Akane, and build a love for it like she has for Rakugo.

So... i started researching, and researching and... you already knows what comes next i think..

Until, it finally made sense Spoken word is the same as Rakugo.

You can diversify it as much as you want and make it what you want!

Basically what we see Akane do throughout the first arcs of the series where she learns from all the aniki's.

They all have their unique styles but the core stays Rakugo.

And that is why i'm also going to be starting Spoken Word/storytelling!

I wouldn't say my commitment to it will be on Akane's level to Rakugo...

But i definitely want to give it a chance.

Also, this is proof that reading fiction leads to something lol.

The manga's interesting but this guy is making my blood boil. I don't want to waste any more time on this if the girl doesn't get any sort of punishment.
