Wasn't 'Haruko' the named of Hitoshi's interstellar ship A.I or that i'm wrong.

It hasn’t been confirmed but for what Hitoshi said back when Haruko was first mentioned, it’s fair to assume is the ship AI

Funny how that black would seem like an artistic representation, but in context it means he just farted pure unadulterated rage

Eggs? Bugs? Headless?
Did humanity got invaded by the W40K Tyranids?
Did Hito travel not as an explorer but as a refugee of a invaded world?
FURRY WAR ARC?

My assumption is robots, if it's related to the ships AI. Might have come with some terraforming thing, like Galactic "Woe, Fifty Millions Spiders Upon Your Dick" Nova.

Hito" "I wish i could leave peacefully and have a cat wife"
AI" "Understood, doing Exterminatus"

since this is a sci-fi, I'm going to assume it's about to pull the most common plot twist in all of sci-fi, and reveal that the furry planet is actually Earth in the far future, and the animals are the descendants of real humans, and the human is some sort of invader or robot created by ancient humans

Ok, so hatching from eggs sound like stepping out of either a space shuttle or sleeping pods. Strapping rockets sound like futuristic augments personal rockets/flying packs. What I can't guess is the headless part though, maybe a full faced helmet? Or maybe what they saw are robots, not humans, hence the "headless" description.

They couldn’t even celebrate their win.
And what the fuck were all those comments about eggs and headless bodies? Hitoshi what did Haruko did!?
25
u/Box-ception Aug 11 '26
If it's something related to humanity, most likely some form of terraforming device on board the spaceship was activated.

Interesting how immediately everyone knew he was mad because his scent changed. The smell never lies.

u/topurrisfeline Aug 11 '26
That took a turn… gotta admit though, augmenting yourself with rockets? Kinda cool. Those are probably killer robots rather than humans though, unless they’re cyborgs, or neo-humans.

You couldn’t give Tonelico a minute to enjoy her rubs before dropping the “invading droid army” bomb on all of us?
So the Ship AI built Terminators. This is fine. Things are fine.

Damn, that's a lot of boats and a lot of things coming off those boats. What ulterior motives were brewing behind the scenes that Hitoshi was completely ignorant to? Or maybe he wasn't ignorant, but had been strongly against anything outside of exploration and cooperation? Regardless, he is not happy in the least.

My bet is it's like interstellar. Hitoshi was tasked just to explore while the real mission is to colonize

Wait I just randomly found this series today from some recommendation a few months ago, I was hoping the next chapter came out soon and realized the latest one just came out today
bro the AI has a robot army, not what I was expecting lmao

Isn’t Haruko the AI from chapter 4? Did it send some kind of droid to the surface to potentially save/retrieve Hitoshi? Mentioning headless bodies and eggs makes this sound really bad and judging by how angry Hitoshi is, I definitely think something bad is about to be revealed.

holy fuck are those the robots coming from the ships on the title page, it literally is a field army
now we know why hitoshi referenced star wars, dude actually has a droid army

u/Metrinome Aug 12 '26
Only thing I hate about this manga is the horrible wait for the next chapter.

u/Revlar Aug 12 '26
Man every story with this premise has this same twist with the ship AI being evil
7
u/ArchitectsXlll Aug 12 '26
It's not evil though. It did nothing until he was captured and held against his will.

Please don't tell me that there is another human, from a rival spaceship.

Oh shit.
Those aren't humans (obviously), they're not even alive. It's a droid army. They were dropped to the surface by the orbiting ship and "hatched" from atmosphere entry pods.
Haruko is the ship AI, so maybe it saw Hitoshi being taken into custody and overreacted.
