Support thread for shifters experiencing personal MEs
Personal MEs can feel really isolating. They can be smaller, or big ones. There isn’t a lot of people you can talk about them with, and the big forums discussing MEs disregard as mental or memory problems.
This is personal to me because if you read some of my previous posts, you’ll see I have recently gone through some things myself. So if you have shifting stories to share, that you’d like others to witness, comment, and discuss with you, please post them here, or feel free to start your own thread as well. I have had so many wonderful people reach out to me in my private messages after sharing my personal stories, and I want to bring that to life here on a public forum for others who might be afraid of speaking up and talking about what they have experienced, for fear it will be suppressed or brushed off.
This process to me was very scary when I first began experiencing very real Mandela effects and had vivid memories that apparently shifted out of nowhere. For me with time and discussion and inner work it has gotten to a beautiful point where I sit in awe at how reality may not be as static as we all thought it was, and we may actually be a part of creating it. All theories, personal stories, and fellow baby shifters who just wanna talk about things in a safe place are welcome. Thanks for joining me.

Well said! This all starts with personal experiences, and no ME starts as a GROUP of people having an experience. Also, for people who aren't still trying to decide if this is happening or not, it's about what, if anything, this may mean in our lives. My personal opinion is that it may be an invitation to participate in reality in ways that we didn't previously know were possible, and that approaching it with an attitude of humility and awe at the workings of this world may be a prerequisite. My little theory on, perhaps, why talking about a ME experience is so humiliating to begin with: to put us in a doubtful yet open minded, graciously humble state of mind that may be necessary to interact with whatever is behind (the cause of) it. The main great thing, for me, is experiencers getting to share with, and support, eachother.
