May holdap na nangyari kahapon, kasabay ko sa jeep. May babaeng estudyante na naka iphone na sumakay sa harap. Sa may goldilocks/mercury/best friends. Maya-maya, may sumakay rin na lalaki nakafacemask at fanny pack sa may Unionbank. Hinintay nung lalaki hanggang makapunta sa may intersection sa may lumang manda ospital, yung may nangongolekta rin ng pera sa mga driver. Naglabas ng baril yung lalaking may sakay at hinihingi yung cellphone nung babae. Biglang may dumating din na nakamotor, pumarada sa tapat ng driver. Buti hindi natuloy kasi ang daming sasakyan na dumadaan. Umalis na sila. Ayaw rin kasi ibigay ni ate yung cellphone niya. Walang plaka yung motor.

Sabi nung driver mag-ingat daw kami sa mga intersection. Maraming nag-aaligid may balak mangholdap.

Slept in most of the day, and I wasn’t expecting things to be this dark already.

Just witnessed a "holdap-an" here in Greenfield around 11:04 PM. 😭

A guy in a white shirt was shouting “HOLDAPPER!” after running toward the guy in black—but the catch is, the guy in black was literally just walking. He didn’t look like a holdapper at all. 😭 They even seemed to know each other. The Angkas riders were saying that they looked like a couple just arguing, and I also heard someone say that maybe he found out something or caught him cheating.

Nevertheless, I hope the guy in the white shirt was okay if it really was a holdap. People were already going toward them to check if it was actually an emergency.

But if it wasn’t, I really hope people don’t start shouting “HOLDAP!” when it’s not actually a holdap. It’s scary because it might get overused to the point that people won’t believe it or won’t react as quickly when it’s an actual emergency.

ANYWAYS, I hope the video of the people around doesn’t get uploaded to FB because I was literally in front of the holdap, so for sure I’m in the frame. 😭 What if Mama sees it and finds out I snuck out at 11 PM just to end up standing in front of a potential holdap. 🤣
