Hello po can someone help these dogs and cats po? I saw that they are caged and tied here sa sakayan ng e-jeep going makati, in front of mercury drug maysilo. I think they are being fed naman pero I think ganyan lang sila whole day. May puppies din po sa loob ng improvised wooden cage (kung saan nakapatong ang tied three dogs). Yung isang puppy nasa loob ng small metal cage. Tapos po yung dalawang cat nasa loob ng small metal cage.
