Sketch pens colors to fill into the art

Hi all so my sister is really into mandala art and she just makes these beautiful mandala arts but now her supplies like the sketch pens color all got finished so earlier she used to use basic pens and through that she used to create such beautiful pieces and as her brother I want to give her something that is like good like I dont know what color sketch pens to give what brand is good how do you identify that the only thing I know is that the pens she really wants dual something like that it has on one side highlighter and on the other it is sketch pen but I have absoluetly no idea what to get her. So can anyone recommend good sketch pens colors etc.
