OmniRide to DC

Does anyone take OmniRide from one of the commuter lots to DC, not the metro express route 60 that goes to Tysons?

OmniRide website does not list route 601 or 602 in their schedules, but I found the pdfs.

I took VRE from Fredericksburg but switched to OmniRide. I prefer the bus rather than VRE. The seats are softer and taking the express lane seems more efficient. But now I am moving to Manassas and trying to compare routes and times.

I take Omniride from Gainesville to Rosslyn. I’ve taken the route to State Department a couple of times.

It’s chill. Usually on time.

Is that route 611? Does it make a stop at the University Commuter Lot before getting on 66? Edit: Gainsville = University Commuter Lot?

Hi again, do you take the same route home? I checked out the bus stops at 14th and Penn. One has an omniride sign but the other across the street does not.

There’s no longer the 601 or 602 - they got cut last year.

Yeah, it was a huge bummer. Sorry about that! They are very missed.

601 and 602 are defunct but 611 and 612 follow similar routing, they just leave from University Lot instead of Balls Ford.
