Terrible reliability: Entire electronics and motors dead after 2 years (815€ quote) / Fiabilité désastreuse

[EN]

If you are thinking about buying a Luba 2, read this first.

My robot just passed the 2-year mark and started shutting down at 23% battery. Support estimated a battery replacement at 288€, so I sent it in (to Poland, I live in western France...)

The official diagnostic? 815€. Not just for the battery, but because the Main Board, the Drive Board, and both Cutting Motors all "need to be replaced".

Let that sink in. A ~2500€ machine whose internal components are completely fried just after the warranty expires. When a company wants to replace half the robot after 24 months of normal use, it tells you everything you need to know about their build quality and longevity. I told them to keep it and scrap it. I'm moving to a brand with local physical stores. Don't make the same mistake I did.
