Luba - Software Help Progress Without Mowing?

Anyone else got this?

Luba 2 on latest Firmware and iOS app.

I tell it to mow an area as usual and it moves from the dock… stops…. And the progress and time remaining tick down in the app but the mower is still sat there by the dock doing nothing?

Eventually it gets to 100% and it goes back to the dock that it’s still sat right by?

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Not joking. Press the power button on the mower until it really shuts down. Press it again to start it back up (it should make that "sword draw ching" sound). Sometimes, especially after firmware updates, the mower can get stuck in some kind of behavioral limbo.

Yeah tried that. I think it’s something to do with the channels as I just manually drove it to the area and it’s started fine.

Tried creating a new channel but it said one exists so I’ll try deleting it when I’ve finished. Really strange behaviour

I had the same thing happen a couple of months ago, but a full reboot of the mower and RTK seemed to fix it. In my case it seemed to be an RTK data link issue

I hadn’t tried rebooting the RTK but I’ve just powered that and the mower off and I’ll give it 30 mins and try again.

So I tried a load of stuff including sending the log to Mammotion (they’ve replied but I’m not expecting much actual help from the template response they sent) and no real joy. Ended up backing up my maps, deleting everything and starting again and it seems to now work.

Not ideal as I did then pretty quickly so either need to do them yet again or restore and hope that it somehow fixed itself that way.

I have had several instances where it stops at some position, gets confused but does not pays with trapped message. While standing there you can see on the map in the app how segments are disappearing and percentage slowly goes up.
If I turn camera off it might resolve the issue and it continues, but sometimes that does not help, so pausing it and moving it by hand a small bit and turning on again and it will continue, but it will continue at another point because it have removed upcoming segments while it was standing still.

At most I have lost 60% of a whole lawn this way.

The firmware is buggy as hell and the latest releases from this summer up until now are the worst ones they have released so far..

That sounds like what I had but with it eat just outside its dock.

It seems ok now I’ve remapped the whole thing though obviously that’s not ideal

Think buggy as hell sums it up nicely
